Altitude

The Altitude dialog allows for fine adjustments of the heightmap's relative location in the 16-bit altitude range, and also adjustment of the overall altitude range that the heightmap uses.
For example, this allows for heightmap up-down movement to adjust the heightmap to the world center, or for adjusting the overall altitude range to make mountains lower or higher.
